Tony's Background
Tony Pierce built his career on leadership, strategy, and a deep commitment to helping others. As a former college football coach at prestigious programs including the University of Georgia, Pitt, West Virginia University, and Alabama State, he was recognized for his excellence and named Division 1-AA Assistant Coach of the Year.
Tony’s journey into the financial services industry began through his involvement with the Air Force Parents Club while his son attended the U.S. Air Force Academy. Introduced to the field by a fellow parent, he discovered a new way to guide and support families—this time, off the field.
For the past eight years, Tony has been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate Estate Planning, Retirement Planning, and Life & Health Insurance. His passion for coaching continues as he empowers clients to build secure financial futures with confidence and clarity.
Tony holds a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and a master’s degree from Montclair State University. Outside the office, he’s an avid pickleball player and a familiar face in the local arts community, often appearing in productions at the St. Marys Little Theatre.
